For more than 6 years, 

• you had an office where you work and learn. A place you attend your duties so diligently. 
• You had a boss to whom you rely upon and listen to. Sometimes you used to complain about the stress they give.
• You had a companion to discuss and solve the issue. 
• You used to have some followers you acquaint with and listens to your command.
• Contractors used to visit you with the work related to the project. 
• You used to have a position that you are recognized for. 
• You used to have a status and held your head high amongst the male-dominated environment.  

You have given so much to the development of this prestigious project known to everyone as the cheapest project, that hardly has a budget to disburse the monthly salaries to the employee at this juncture. In the name of cost-cutting, employees are faced off at the end of December 2019 that unfortunately had your name in the list, irony to the fact that some are without work for the last five months. Some are hardly seen around. Nevertheless, you accepted with pride and stayed home.

Once an office going woman, all of a sudden, when an opportunity was cut off, I can feel the pain for losing your job. I can realize the absentness you have gone through. You were habituated to it. Suddenly it had a blockage in your path that needs heavy clearing. 

As time passed by, you were not that keen to work again. Some vacancies flew that way and others went unnoticed. Finally, upon my suggestion, applied in THyE for the post of AE in which the TOR is similar to what you were doing before. 

This time, you have prepared too well for your presentation that has resulted in your selection. Congratulation dear for your selection and hope this will revive your energy and wisdom in working hard.
