Letter to Young Chenga

Image
Little ME My Dear Chenga, If you are reading this, I am glad that you are old enough to understand the way life goes on and you may be wondering the changes you observe is too amazing to realize for the fact that you are doing fine with these changes. You are now good enough to know that the world is too small unlike you have thought to be a giant big globe like you have studied in geography class. It has become a click of a hand that you can reach every corner of the world, connect with every person wherever they are in every part of the world.  Every question will be answered and there isn't a question unanswered with your phone in hand. Unlike your time then, when you need to visit the library OR consult a learned person to get your assignment done/your homework completed, today you can do it sitting on your own with your mobile phone. Do you remember that you used to write a letter to your friends and make a pen pal from different schools? All the schools used to

Is it justifiable to chase away the dogs right after the guarding of your crops/cattle is done? Is it  OK to send away the servants after completing the assignment? Is it practicable that you are no more wanted when the wants of your boss are achieved? Is it sensible to give notice right after the work where you have dedicated your life in giving your best? Does it not bother them after you have sweat your life out and then you are not needed anymore? PC: Google Many questions are being asked within my mind when the management wants the notices to be issued for discontinuing the service in MHPA. The staff has given their best to complete it maintaining the quality and has put in the best of their capabilities to get the job done. Many have started their career here in MHPA and when it is the peak of their career, how can the management kick him/her after extracting the nectar. Someone should really give in the best of their thoughts before implementing.

Inspiration

Greatness is achieved, not an inborn talent Perseverance is the best way to silent, To silence the enemy within That bar the way forward therein.  Thou shall not look for the external enemy When it is the self that puts into a dilemma, If one recognizes the mirage of oneself  Everything shall fall in the line by itself.  Hard work is the key to success  Seldom puts to the world of distress, Quitting is not a solution  But battling with more energy is what makes it to a clear resolution.  Life ain’t always a rainbow and sunshine It’s a nasty thing to live and hard to sustain, It will make you feel useless  Till you proof your worth living unless.  Everybody is different with everyone  When somebody can do, it can be done by anyone, All are gifted with different skills It’s a matter of time to have it clicked that installs. Inspiration is what we are looking From the greatness of those leaders, we are seeking, Nothing came in as a mir

5th Day in C & P

PC: Google August month saw a change in the system of the working environment. I was expecting a little change in the weather and sunshine was anticipated. Needless to say, the magnitude of rainfall is the same in all the manner.  Everything seems new to me. With no designated seat to sit and learn, I wander from place to place. I can hear new terms being used and new people being contacted. 5th Day in C & P, I am already gaining something that I have never learned of. It is all new to me and I welcome the challenge with a vision to tame it to the best of my capabilities.  Rate Analysis is what I am given to review it. Although it is kind of a job that I am quite familiar with but when it comes with a responsibility, it needs to be looked in a different view. I am learning it from scratch with the help of Tashi sir and I am pretty sure it won't be that tough.  In between I make a time visiting Dangdung office and met with Dungkarla sir. He was trying to explain
