Happy married Life - KoTa

Newly wedded Pema Loday & Chungku Wangmo
A marriage ceremony is something that should happen once in a lifetime and that moment should be grand and remembered throughout life. The ceremony of marriage is seldom forgotten in our pathway and nowadays it is not given due diligence to an extent that should be given.

It is ceremonially celebrated with family members, friends, and well-wishers. Every part has its own way of celebrating depending upon culture and religion.  In the olden days, it is said that the bride and groom need to be blessed by the Lamas followed by drinking a locally brewed wine (Ara) from each other's cup.

In this modernization era, even the family members are not aware of the marriage. They will not introduce to the parents nor will they dare to face the crowds. Marriage has become a play that has no seriousness. With this notion, many cases of divorce are on the rise with the children dooming in the darker world. They are mentally disturbed and physically weaken without the love and care of both the parents. Studies have proved that children who excel in education are those who have proper parental guidance.

As you tie a knot with your loved one (Ms. Chungku Wangmo), I wish you a very happy married life. You may have to sacrifice sometimes, you may have to be mad sometimes and you have to compromise sometimes. Marriage ultimately sums up with the principle "One Heart with Two Souls". Understanding each other, knowing even better, living for each other and longing for love and care are the beauty of Marriage life. Your partner is the one who shall be by your bedside when you die. Respect each other and live your life to the fullest.
