Special people-engraved in the heart.

Meeting wonderful people in the midst of our life that has impacted and change the course of our life always triggered our heart that echos the name and resounds the lessons learned under that particular Leader. I personally feel, the first leader in your career shapes the person you are to become in the future. A lazy leader leads to Lazy subordinates. A wise leader shares wisdom with his students making them wise and learned people. A leader will pull and support his Subordinates in whatever ways it takes them to learn and make them wise.

I am fortunate to have and had associated with my first Boss, Mr. Nidup Dorji, Executive Engineer, who is currently serving as Officiating Chief Engineer at KHEL. We used to have contact from time to time and update on the news of both sides.

I remember, sir introducing me to the Measurement Book (MB). MBs are the legal documents that will be referred after many years (if need be). He used to make us write ✍ the MB in front of him in his office making sure all the information is jotted. After satisfying and gaining confidence, the MB entry was done with our whims. Every time I introduce MBs to my junior, I used to share this experience and make them understand how important MBs are. But Sadly, the conventional writing of MBs is soon going to be lifted and replaced with the introduction of Construction Software Manager.

Do you have any doubt? On any subject, you just consult Nidup sir. Be it Engineering, Politics, Social, Technology, Literature, Religion, Latest Current Affairs, etc. sir would gladly explain and make us understand and make us convince. That boosts the energy to explore ourselves.

Many leaders have passed by, and some are still working in the same field. None of them left the print engraved beyond doubt the way Nidap sir left. I am thankful to sir for his guidance. To know more about him, please visit his Facebook page Nidup Sir's FB page

Thank you, Nidup Sir.

You took me the moon and back, where I realized I am not 1% of what you made me out to be. Nonetheless, if it has helped you a bit to take forward your life in a better mode, thank you. It has been my pleasure working with you for close to 4 years.
