Plan - Trip to Namthel Lhakhang

 Background:

This group intends to bring in together for those who are interested in hiking/trekking in and around Dangdung. Unimaginably, we are running out of our lives and yet we tend to make more enemies than friends. We prepare as if we are living for hundreds of years. I personally feel that we need some break in our busy schedule to create some moments in our life when we are together. I always make it a point to realize for the fact that we are here together to spread happiness. At the last minute of our life, my #crazythoughts says, it is the best moments we shared together that counts not the enmity that we made. So why not we stay as one and come together to this very phase where every moment will be cherished forever.

What is this group for?

The members in this group will plan and execute the plan led by a captain. I volunteer myself for the first trip and the captainship will be circulated as and when required. The captain shall plan for anything (hike/trek/social service…) and announce in this group. The captain shall enlist the names of those who wished to join and shall execute the plan. I am sure everyone will agree on what the captain plans for but we can always discuss and work out.

Plan-1. What and How is it happening?

For the start-up plan, I wish to kick start with a simple plan. A visit at Namthel Lhakhang which is located barely 5Km journey from our colony. The team shall visit the Lhakhang and will meet with the Kaynyer. We shall ask if we can do anything (cleaning/making of lamps/…) and we shall sit in the Lhakhang for an hour or so. We will recite some prayers and Mantras. Lunch and some refreshments will be decided depending on the number of participants.

When?

Coinciding with the Dassain holiday, on 15th October 2021; we shall proceed with the plan. Timing shall be announced accordingly and vehicular arrangement shall be made as required.

Participants?

Those who are genuinely interested may join in here. Kind cooperation is solicited for a successful trip. No one should force/compel someone to join. It depends solely on one's interest.

Assurance?

I assure you guys will have an enjoyable trip and the moments shall be cherished throughout our life. We met for the reason the let the reason be not the differences.

COVID-19 is a Blessing

PC; Google Ever since WHO declared COVID-19 as a pandemic, many countries have limited the entry and exit, many have closed the borders and at an individual level, everyone takes the initiative to keep ourselves clean.   Every nation advises its citizens to stay at home and some companies have started to implement a strategy “Work from Home”.   Social distancing for a meter is recommended by WHO to prevent the spread of the virus.  Many deaths are reported. It was learned that the corpse are buried without proper funeral rites and the family members are not allowed to meet the deceased. Once the virus is infected, the victims are isolated in a separate room where none are allowed to visit. It is so heartening to see the rate of spreading is so high. Scientists are unable to understand the behavior of the virus to discover the antidote. On the other hand, the earth is healing with the reduction of pollution. With Nidup sir and Rohit (AE) I had a Team....... When I started my career, As an Assistant Engineer and  It was back in July-2012. I was new to the environment and place, It was my first time in Trongsa, Everything seems green and pure but Lots many have joined to roar.
