Second Chance

There once lived a girl, too shy to know the world around her was busy with other stories, too gentle in the eyes of her parents, too loyal for her friends that they failed to recognize and too optimistic for her teachers. Time was too young then and it flies with her group friends. She got the best of the best friends in her group not realizing that one of them gonna change her life. She got to know each one better with time. Together, they spent their younger days with lots of memories. The time has come along their life’s pathway, for them to depart. They parted with the promises which some of it are yet to be kept.

It was really unfortunate, for one of their friends ended up with Drugs unknowingly. It only made it worse when she came to know that the one was the one who was meant for her.  It was years that they shared a soft corner without realizing, they both felt the same. It was puppy love at first but then with each moment spent together, it came out to be True Love. They confessed each other of their feelings and spent together for 5 long years in a relationship.

With him, she could know the sweetness to be loved. She knew the Drugs he used earlier was done mistakenly when he was exposed with other groups. He was scared to lose her love that made him give up all his bad habit. He was very caring, daring, loving and gentle to her. They had their joyous moment together until it was learned by her parents. Her parents knew of his past records and unfortunately, she got no guts to explain them of his changed character. She doesn’t want to hurt their feelings and that’s when she decided to leave him. 

Without knowing the real reason for her leaving, he tried to contact her, tried texting but in vain. Neither did she responded his call nor did she replied his text. But then, the nice part here is that she doesn’t want him to know the reason with the fear that he may relapse with his old habit. Deep down in her heart, she always misses him. She is happy to see him calling. She is on top of the world receiving a text. She is doing all these for his sake and she always prays to God Almighty to let him know her intention. 

Determined to find the answer, he tried contacting her friends of her whereabouts, her address, and her details. Knowing all, he decided to go and meet her in person on her birthday. An arrangement has been made by her friends for her surprise. Her parents have been called too. Then the moment they sang a Birthday song, he appears from the other room with his hand folded. She was very happy to see him only to ignore in front of her parents. He begged for the second chance and that's when she explained her parents of his changed character. They happily accepted him and today they are a happy couple. Everybody look upon them as a perfect couple and they are appreciated by all.

COVID-19 is a Blessing

PC; Google Ever since WHO declared COVID-19 as a pandemic, many countries have limited the entry and exit, many have closed the borders and at an individual level, everyone takes the initiative to keep ourselves clean.   Every nation advises its citizens to stay at home and some companies have started to implement a strategy “Work from Home”.   Social distancing for a meter is recommended by WHO to prevent the spread of the virus.  Many deaths are reported. It was learned that the corpse are buried without proper funeral rites and the family members are not allowed to meet the deceased. Once the virus is infected, the victims are isolated in a separate room where none are allowed to visit. It is so heartening to see the rate of spreading is so high. Scientists are unable to understand the behavior of the virus to discover the antidote. On the other hand, the earth is healing with the reduction of pollution. With Nidup sir and Rohit (AE) I had a Team....... When I started my career, As an Assistant Engineer and  It was back in July-2012. I was new to the environment and place, It was my first time in Trongsa, Everything seems green and pure but Lots many have joined to roar.
