Dear Sir,
If you are reading this, I am definitely sure that you have safely reached your destination and doing well with your family. Please convey my warm regards to Madam, your beautiful daughter, and your cute son.
It's for the fact that we meet to depart and every one of us has to go through the same fate in our life. That is the cycle of our life and it should be that way like you always used to convey us. Every one of us tastes the beauty of meeting and knowing each other. Subsequently, we had our tears while departing, after having known and having associated with for some time.
Sir, I've known you for the last 3 years and it was a smooth journey together in terms of the work and also with regards to the lessons in our life. I personally have felt acquaintance to have worked under your guidance and leadership. With you leading the team, our division has excellent performance and delivered the work in time which our management has found out to be critical. We have managed to break all the records in terms of Overt lining Progress & Invert Lining Progress which was very satisfying to have been part of the team although our management failed to appreciate us. Face-IV was rated as a critical face with the twisting and Buckling of Ribs for the stretch of 250m. Although we were far behind compared with the other Faces nevertheless, the team has put up all the dedication and sincerity to give in the progress confirming all the relevant specifications and without compromising the Quality of work. That has excelled the work and we could wrap up all the grouting works and came out to be the first site to Plug the Adit (Adit-II). I still remember your valuable advice that we will do the work (it may be slow) without deviating the Quality point of view in the name of progress.
Sir has always defended on our part and always listens to our suggestion. You have stood on our side and pushed us to be the best person. For instance, whenever sir has to take a decision at the site, you always have our say before the contractor. You always involve us in every critical decision that you take thereby making us learn and giving importance to our stay at the site. That makes you a perfect leader.
Sir, you are friendly and always approachable on every subject. You have treated me as your younger brother sharing all the experiences (one time showing your past photographs). I never have felt too confined in your presence, instead it was always a blessing to have your presence.
We know that sir used to be updated with regards to the work front and you used to think in an extraordinary way so that you foresee what others think. You always used to have an answer in your mind for the questions of Why? How? You used to be ahead of time and I really appreciate the way you work. Thank you for teaching me all the lessons and I am sure it will serve me in a great way in my future.
I am fortunate to meet you and be part of your team and your legacy will always be regarded with respect. I will always cherish the moment we have shared and will look forward to seeing you in the near future. I wish you a very happy life ahead and a very great working life with your new assignment.
If there are any bad memories that may have happened in the due course of work-life, I request sir to forget it, instead carry on with the best moments that you have spent here in Bhutan. The Bhutanese people will be ever grateful for your service here in MHPA that will be generating Billions annually.

Yes i landed at home yesterday morning around 10:00 am. I am sitting right now on sofa with my son and writing this. I am still dreaming.
I am still not convinced that i have reached finally to Delhi and there is no returning back to Trongsa Dam colony from now onwards.
It is a reality that everything which begins had to end some day for sure. Yes, this is how, Life goes round and round and in between lucky ones make memories and experience good things, meet new people, make relationships, love and connections for life time.
*I will miss you.* Your kindness, soft spoken skills, sincerity and cooperation.

Coming back to MHPA, Yes As I was finally relieved from MHPA and had no Option but to move away, i was still desiring some last moment miracle which can ask me to stay there for some more time. Moving away from MHPA, trongsa and bhutan was giving me the feeling awkin to stretching of rubber band beyond limits and finally breaking into unknown.
I reminisce all the good memories that I have made while I was here. There were bad as well but they have only made me strong for future.
On a professional note.I have been extremely benefitted and enriched my experience while working in MHPA. I am very grateful to almighty that he gave me such a wonderful opportunity to work with all Of you great people. I was truly blessed, that i got the multi- talented and multitasking team of sub-bordinates.I thank all the colleagues from bottom of my heart. Especial thanks to you,Tshering, Nakul, Nar Bahadur Tsomo, Dorzi.My brother Kritibash Lahkar for the guidance and my friend Akhilesh for all the positive critics.
I have certain believes which i try to stick on and i am Writing here for all Of you.
1. Try to forsee and Plan in advance and never keep anything for last instance. If you fail to Plan, then you plan To fail.
2. Be punctual and On time.
3. Try to update as much as possible to remain relevant.
4.If you dont'agree, learn to keep mum at first instant and humbly convince the other person with your piece of logic later on.
Though i myself find it challenging and failed to act upon this principle till date.
5. Always keep company of good people with positive mindset. However having said that, this is something you dont have control on sometime.
6. Always manifest good things. Good desires and keep Praying. Prayers are powerful and universe answer them for sure.
7.The biggest enemy of living forms is uncontrolled negative thoughts. Learn to Control Your mind and Thoughts and 90 percent virtual problems created are gone for ever.
8. Always be flexible, adaptable and learns to live in minimum bare needs.
9. Always be truthful. Truth always prevails in end.
10. Safe well in intial years of life. As you grow liabilities increase and percentage of saving are bound to go south. These savings of initial yrs becomes the back bone and Provide you the comfort later in life with benefits of compouding.
11. Meditate every day.
12.Integrity. How u behave when no One is watching creates your reputation.
13. Be a keen observer. Learn from others mistake. Its way cheaper.
The list can be endless and may become boring.so i stop here.
