Farewell to Tandin Sir, CE (C&P)
Dear Sir,
As you are leaving
MHPA this time and this time for real never to return (formally), it
saddens me to the depth that takes me to the times I have worked under you for
the last 2 years. The worst part happens to be not able to bid you well formally
since I am out of station attending the important mission you have assigned me
(Tala HRT Rectification Work). I hope this small note of mine will represent me
spiritually there as you bid Goodbye to MHPA.
The times fly real
quick sir. With you, MHPA has grown and C&P, in particular, has grown to a height that shall embrace your presence even though you leave this place. You
came with a mission to implement the Contractual terms and Procurement rules in
MHPA and I hope the subordinates (including myself) are receptive to what you
have preached. I am hopeful that you are satisfied and confident that the
people you have trained will continue with your legacy.
I have personally
grown in terms of contracts & procurement under your kind guidance. As you
have reminded us, the wordings and sentence structure in contracts are very
complex that can mean in another way round and we were prompted to be heedful
while drafting any correspondences. I will remember sir as a gentle, supportive
and decisive leader.
I hope you had a
great time in MHPA and good great memories to carry forward.
If there are any bad days, let it be the past and forget it. I would like to
request sir to pardon me if there were times that I have caused you any harm in
the process of performing my duties and forgive me if I have not made to live
up to your expectations. I would like to refer you if need be and I am sure
sir's assistance would be required in the future for any contractual obligations and
that time, I hope sir will guide me.
MHPA will definitely
miss your presence and feel empty without you. We were delighted to have worked
with you and I feel fortunate to have worked under your leadership. After having
set your footprints in every plant viz; Dagachhu, Kurichhu, Tala, and others
(which I do not know), DGPC will remember your contributions.
Last but not the least, I wish you very happy days ahead with your family. Wherever you go and whatever you take up I wish you a very happy and successful endeavour.
With deep respect, high regard, Thank you and Kadrinchoe La.
Sincerely yours,
(Chenga Penjor)
Assistant Executive Engineer-I
