MHPA Heads visited THP
Team MHPA |
It has a feeling of home wherever you
are to a new place when you see someone known/familiar to you who belongs to a
place that you originate. For instance, when you are traveling to Indian
roads and by any mere luck you see the Bhutanese vehicle, the feelings are so
intense that you feel safe and make you to the mindset, ‘there are some
Bhutanese friends around who are also traveling via the same roadways.’ I felt
that many times and I hope you all did too.
It
was that day when MHPA management had their SC meeting at Thimphu and planned
for a visit at THP on 10th January 2022. The team visited the site and luckily
I was scheduled for Night Shift which has prompted me to dine the lunch together with the
team. It was nice meeting them (although heads) and sharing my experiences.
With them, I saw MHPA that I longed for and I felt homely. To them, I am
confident enough to represent in executing the works assigned to me. With them, I am sending my love back home (Dangdung).
They
advised me to take care and work it fine after acquainting with new bosses.
They bestowed me with full of confidence and placed the motivation that was
dearly needed for me going. The homely feeling was that 30 minutes talking and
dining with the team. A wide range of talks was brainstormed and discussions were
made about the whole scenario of Dangdung to the point of badminton, comparing
the functionality of Plants in terms of planning/managing/executing. It was so
nice to hear someone known and soothing was my heart to all the words shared by
them.
The
time seems too short while we were with our known person. As I bid farewell to
the team, I am sending my best regards to all the team of MHPA. I miss them all
and looking forward to joining them soon.
The
team left for Thimphu the same day.
