November month is the month full of festivals around the corners and the holiday season across the country. The month starts with the holiday marking the coronation day of His Majesty the Fifth King. Then it will be followed by the Birth Anniversary of our Great Fourth (November 11,12&13). Students across the country were busy preparing for their Annual exam without compromising the quality of celebration.
November month sees the villagers reaping their annual produces. People enjoy reaping it and repay their hard work and sacrifices they have made.
Civil servants take leave to visit their loved ones. The vacation is scheduled in line with the holidays.

But, it was not the same case when it comes to the employees of MHPA. The month of November started with the issuance of notices (one month notice) as mandated in the service rule. It can be called "The Month of Notices". It came to the doorstep of all with a sudden knock but then it was expected. I've learned that the decision was taken to issue the order to the respective individuals depending upon the following terms and conditions:

  • Working couple in MHPA, one will be relieved (Not applied to all).
  • School going children's parents are not included in the list.
  • Those employees who has work in hand are retained.
Whatsoever, the notices were issued and it has been notified to the Chairman who has graciously ordered to extend till the end of December 2019. Come New Year 2020, most of the employees would leave this place which was once treasured as Home.   

Nevertheless, all the contract employees will be gone and it's a matter of 1-2 months. That's the meaning of Contract which has it's own end date. 

I wish all the employees Best wishes in their life. This may be the stepping stone to the higher land.

COVID-19 is a Blessing

PC; Google Ever since WHO declared COVID-19 as a pandemic, many countries have limited the entry and exit, many have closed the borders and at an individual level, everyone takes the initiative to keep ourselves clean.   Every nation advises its citizens to stay at home and some companies have started to implement a strategy “Work from Home”.   Social distancing for a meter is recommended by WHO to prevent the spread of the virus.  Many deaths are reported. It was learned that the corpse are buried without proper funeral rites and the family members are not allowed to meet the deceased. Once the virus is infected, the victims are isolated in a separate room where none are allowed to visit. It is so heartening to see the rate of spreading is so high. Scientists are unable to understand the behavior of the virus to discover the antidote. On the other hand, the earth is healing with the reduction of pollution. With Nidup sir and Rohit (AE) I had a Team....... When I started my career, As an Assistant Engineer and  It was back in July-2012. I was new to the environment and place, It was my first time in Trongsa, Everything seems green and pure but Lots many have joined to roar.
