CHENGA PENJOR's JOURNEY

The ongoing month-long Wang-Lung at Anim Dratshang is coming to an end. It was started Devotees lined up for the Blessing beautifully and now it’s coming to an end satisfactorily. Unfortunately, I won’t be able to stay till the last end (ending on 24.03.2019) due to the compelling reason which I am going to narrate as this goes on. I believe it’s due to the Karmic action, the past bad deeds that have prevented me from completing the Wang-Lung fully. Nevertheless, it was a wonderful experience for me (21 days) to have received the Blessings from His Eminence Sangay Nyenpa Rinpoche. I have learned a lot, gained more, transformed massively, improved enormously in terms of Wisdom, knowledge, action (body, speech & mind) to be minded and the overall compassion we need to render for all the creatures. I try to recollect the first time I met with Daju-Bhai; I get a faded memory back in the year 2013 when he used to substitute our shift vehicle (the Bolero camper he owns today) With Daju-Bhai with his Maruti Van whenever the former Driver got to go in urgency for Repair and Maintenance. Since then he has been known to us as Driver Daju-Bhai. Later he get interested to own the Camper and he formally joined us (Adit-II Family) in April-2014, where he bought the camper and continued the duty. He is known amongst us as a strict Driver and On-Time Driver. Initially, he has some misunderstanding with some officials, like, he used to blow the Horn continuously right after reaching the spot. Sometimes he used to leave them when they don’t respond after 1-2 minutes of waiting. Gradually, a trend has been coped up that he gives a missed call instead of blowing a horn and that system has been followed to the last hour, reducing the misunderstanding. Surprised!!!! Do I look surprised?  In one's life, we got one special moment, a moment that is worth cherishing, a moment that has astonished us, a moment when we are on top of the word and a time when we feel special and proud. That day came to me as a SURPRISE, I would rather say an Unexpected one OR shall I call it by Fluke?  Do I really deserve that?  Am I that capable to handle? My Dear Lil sis,  Sis Yeshi Lhamo I am happy that you have embarked your first important step in your life with colorful results. I have sensed from your facial expression, how tensed you were before the declaration of Results. You used to be up-to-date with the news of Result Declaration and the on-going debate of No-Cut-Off-Point by the New Government. With Chaubey at my place Mr. Chaubey joined here with M/s Gammon India Limited which is now changed to M/s Gammon Engineers & Pvt. Ltd on 1st July 2014. He was then placed in Adit-II as a site in-charge handling the upstream Face (III) and downstream Face (IV). I found him very keen in his work, a soft-spoken man with a good understanding of his work. A respected man from his subordinates. A simple human being who is not interested in poking the nose everywhere. A dedicated man with a team spirit and always completes the task within time. A careful listener and acts upon the instruction of the client.  With Chaubey during the site visit His dynamic leadership and his team have successfully completed the excavation of Adit-I and II (Face-II & Face-III) before the schedule.
