DGPC's 3rd Technical Conference

As the deadline is nearing and the invitation for the conference is on the line, I am getting goosebumps and can't believe that I am one amongst the list of PRESENTER. With the theme "New Decade, New Challenges" for the conference, the team from MHPA is led by Joint Managing Director. JMD sir will represent MHPA management as a Panelist/Author and will accompany the following Authors:

2. Mr. Sonam Gyeltshen - Author

3. Mr. Nado - Author

4. Mr. Ugyen Choda - Author

5. Mr. Yenten Norbu - Author

6. Mr. Jigme Dorji - Author

7. Mr. Chenga Penjor - Author

8. Mr. Langa Tshering - Motivational Speaker

The venue of the conference is at Kurichu Hydroelectric Project in Gyelposhing, Mongar. The Technical paper presentation will be done in two days which falls on 21-22nd December 2019. On 23rd, the DGPC annual conference will be held whereby the team of MHPA is cordially invited. There will be various activities to engage the participants ranging from games to quizzes. 

As the time approaches, I am foreseeing the level of participants in the presentation hall with all the eyes staring at me, like a lion surveying his prey in a diligent manner and wondering, if he is kinda mental/crazy???. Will I be able to deliver what I ought to do?? Will the audience understand what I try to present??

As I practice here in my cozy room, I am smiling within but the thought of the large audience in KHP melts my dirty smile with the thud of my heartbeat. 

It's the DURATION that I am concerned about because of the lengthy slides that I have mailed earlier. How so ever I tried to present, it's not completing within 10 minutes which I will be allocated. 

Nevertheless, I feel proud to represent the civil division from MHPA since all the Authors are ELecrical/Mechanical Engineers. 

This is my first of it's kind to present in the large gathering and I pray that it will go as per the plan.
