Son - A Blessing from Heaven

The day on 10th December 2020, when we were referred to JDWNRH after an appointment with the gynecologist for a cesarean. The whole night was a nightmare with the thoughts of successful delivery, the gender of the baby, if the supplied soups would be sufficient, and would it be at the time of need.

It was on 11th December 2020 after battling the night, early in the morning a nurse came with an operation gown and told us that we are the first one to go. "Be ready by 9:00AM". Butterflies in my stomach, worrisome in my head, forced smile on my face; I help her get dressed and we waited for the knock at our door. "It's time La. Bring the stretcher". Followed by a nurse " Don't panic, Everything will be fine".

from Level-4 to Level-2, In the lift; The wild imagination flashes back in my mind. Within no time we are already at Level-2 standing in front of the operation theatre. I was like, " I will wait here". " You can't wait here, they will call us and will let you know. You have to wait in your room".

Back in the room, It was a long wait. One hour, there was no news. Every time the phone rings, I silently listen to the conversation. walked around the corridor, Browsed for cesarean section, it shows, 45 minutes is taken for a cesarean. That worried me even more as I was waiting for more than an hour.

Around 10:30 Am, one nurse shows up for preparing the bed. Went downstairs and saw my wife with a baby boy on her lap. There he was, born on 11th December 2020 at 9:49AM, with a weight of 3.1 KG.

Now, the worrying part is Juiandice. The 1st day of his life was miserable due to the fact that her mom couldn't stand nor move to feed her. I tried feeding him in every possibility but in vain, there wasn't any breast milk produced. Rushed downstairs to level-3, requested the guards if it's possible to bring in the soup from home. Explained everything to which they turned deaf ears.

At times, we don't want to see babies peeing and pooping frequently. The infants' health is being monitored by the frequency they do the toiletries. He has been actively doing in a timely manner.

Thank God, all went well and we were discharged on 14th December 2010. Everything was normal with regards to the health of the baby and mom. We were welcomed by his sister and her team with some preparations.

With the wording, Welcome Home Nuchu, a cake on the table with some sweets, a big smile on her face, Thayeden was excited to see her Nuchu.
