It was from that time that it was heard and never materialize until November-2019. Finally, the much-awaited news was out with office order circulated for the disbursement of the incentive to all the employees who have served MHPA as on 30th September 2019.  Many have planned as to how to utilize the amount in the best way a long time back. By now I am petty sure that all the plans are forgotten. It has perfectly served as an example of "Never to Count the Chickens before it's hatched". Readying for the visit His excellency the Prime Minister of Bhutan visits MHPA project sites and meets with the employee of MHPA en-route to Thimphu from Zhemgang. Lyoenchen touched on a wide range of topics from policies to plans and form implementation to lapses. But to the heart of the employee, the news was awaited for Lyoenchen to disclose that the service of MHPAinas to continue till June-2020. Needless to say, he wished us luck in the next phase of our life (Next Chapter as he used) and assured for the assistance if need be to provide in terms of policies, funding and stressed to come up with innovative ideas/entrepreneurial ideas. Sitting room It all started with my lateral transfer to C & P Division from HRT Complex that I was enquired every time I met with the seniors from DGPC asking me ‘When am I joining the office of C & P at Dangdung?’(as if I am that important person that will change the system 😊😊😊). Applied for the apartment here at Dangdung, which the allotment committee has allotted on 1 st November 2019. Due to unforeseen circumstances, it was possible to shift to the new place only on 7 th November (it was a good day to shift). With some kitchen item and the bedroom necessity, came to Dangdung; the new place that I will be spending my career life here in MHPA till the next assignment is assigned to the new place. Dogs are barking outside, water pressure hissing inside and the insects chirping above my apartment. It was quite an uncomfortable feeling to be alone in this situation. November month is the month full of festivals around the corners and the holiday season across the country. The month starts with the holiday marking the coronation day of His Majesty the Fifth King. Then it will be followed by the Birth Anniversary of our Great Fourth (November 11,12&13). Students across the country were busy preparing for their Annual exam without compromising the quality of celebration. November month sees the villagers reaping their annual produces. People enjoy reaping it and repay their hard work and sacrifices they have made. Civil servants take leave to visit their loved ones. The vacation is scheduled in line with the holidays. But, it was not the same case when it comes to the employees of MHPA. The month of November started with the issuance of notices (one month notice) as mandated in the service rule. Batch-1; With President of CST and Chief of CDB After having dealt with the Evaluation of Bids (Civil Works) of MHPA, some doubts and queries usually struck me with a handful of hesitation as to how to go about. Although there were someone whom I can consult but thought why not I attend the refresher course that will help me to boost my career and that will pave my road ahead.  The nomination for the refresher course on e-tool and the briefing of Procurement Rules and Regulations - 2019 (PRR - 2019) was sought by the Construction Development Board, whereby, two focal persons from each agency were asked to register with CDB latest by 15th October 2019 along with the nomination letter. Put up the Note Sheet to Chief and forwarded it to Sr. PO for further needful action. CST Campus  Always a pleasure to be back where you once belong.  The feeling of being in the campus of CST, is something that is felt from the core of the heart in a way, you are meeting your lost friend after ages.
